1. Operations Management (overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping)
2. Inventory Management (ensuring accurate inventory levels through regular audits, cycle counts, and implementing effective inventory control systems)
3. Staff Management (leading, training, and scheduling warehouse staff to meet productivity goals and ensuring adherence to safety procedures)
4. Safety and Compliance (enforcing safety standards, maintaining a safe working environment, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations)
5. Process Optimization (identifying areas for improvement, implementing new processes, and utilizing technology to enhance efficiency and reduce costs).
6. Coordination (collaborating with other departments, such as logistics, purchasing, and sales, to ensure smooth supply chain operations)
7. Performance Monitoring (tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, and preparing regular reports on warehouse performance.)
8. Budget Management (monitoring and controlling warehouse operating costs, such as labor, utilities, and maintenance.)
9. Equipment Maintenance (ensuring proper maintenance and repair of warehouse equipment to prevent downtime and ensure smooth operations.)
10. Space Management (optimizing warehouse layout and storage space to maximize efficiency and productivity.)

Qualifications :

1. Leadership and management (ability to effectively lead, motivate, and manage a team of warehouse staff.)
2. Organizational Skills (excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.)
3. Communication Skills (strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with staff, suppliers, and other departments.)
4. Problem-Solving Skills (ability to identify and resolve issues related to inventory, equipment, or personnel.)
5. Technical Skills (familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant technologies.)
6. Knowledge of Safety Regulations (understanding of safety regulations and the ability to implement and enforce safety procedures.)
7. Experience with Inventory Management (experience with inventory control techniques, cycle counting, and inventory tracking systems.)
8. Knowledge of Logistics (understanding of logistics principles and the ability to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments.)
9. Vocational High School or Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., manufacturing, engineering) is often preferred
