Job Description

  • Formula application for product development process
  • Conducting internal organoleptic panels (FGD)
  • Processing data from organoleptic panel results
  • Product evaluation (lab scale and production scale)
  • Evaluation of new, existing, and alternative raw materials
  • Evaluation of competitor products
  • Performing scale-up, production trials, and 1st production
  • Monitoring the product after launching
  • Preparing samples and shelf life analysis
  • Negotiating with vendors/principals for raw materials/products domestically or internationally
  • Understanding policies, procedures, and legal consequences regarding export-import in the origin and destination countries

Job Qualification

  1. Experience working as an R&D Food
  2. S1 food tech major or other equivalent education
  3. Has developed snack products (ready to eat)
  4. Knowledge of processed food product regulations
  5. Preferably proficient in English (spoken and written)
  6. Knowledge of export-import regulations
  7. Ready to be placed in the other areas (outside Jakarta and Tangerang)
