Job Description
- Formula application for product development process
- Conducting internal organoleptic panels (FGD)
- Processing data from organoleptic panel results
- Product evaluation (lab scale and production scale)
- Evaluation of new, existing, and alternative raw materials
- Evaluation of competitor products
- Performing scale-up, production trials, and 1st production
- Monitoring the product after launching
- Preparing samples and shelf life analysis
- Negotiating with vendors/principals for raw materials/products domestically or internationally
- Understanding policies, procedures, and legal consequences regarding export-import in the origin and destination countries
Job Qualification
- Experience working as an R&D Food
- S1 food tech major or other equivalent education
- Has developed snack products (ready to eat)
- Knowledge of processed food product regulations
- Preferably proficient in English (spoken and written)
- Knowledge of export-import regulations
- Ready to be placed in the other areas (outside Jakarta and Tangerang)
